The Epic Glow Run team is looking for self-motivated, hard-working promoters to help our rapidly growing organization.

DESCRIPTION – What does it mean to be a Promoter?

 

The Promoter will represent the organization in the community where the event will take place and spread the word through their social networks in the months leading up to the event. This important role will rely on the promoter to personally advertise the event using a wide range of tools and strategies to increase the awareness of the event and propel people to sign up for the Epic Glow Run. The promoter’s top priority will be to have as many people as possible to sign up for the event. Promoter will be provided with a discount code that will allow anybody who uses it to receive $5 off registration. The promoter will be compensated with a $5 kickback for every code use (min. 10 code uses).

 

As a promoter, you will be responsible for recruiting people through platforms including, but not limited to, the following:

• Social Media

• Email blasts

• Contacting Universities

• Contacting local gyms and shops

• Word of mouth

• Friends & Family

The promoter will be rewarded by receiving a $5 kickback for every registration with the discount code created for them. In order to receive the compensation, the promoter has to at least get 10 people signed up.

Promoter REQUIREMENTS

The promoter is not required to work a specific number of hours. The success of the candidate is directly correlated to the effort and number of hours of work he or she is willing to put into this project. This means they will be personally reliable for the effort put into it and the reward will be a reflection of the work done.

In addition, the promoter must meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency in all major and current social media outlets

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills

• Networking skills
