Are there refunds?
If an event is held as advertised, we cannot issue refunds. The logistics of setting up and planning the event make it impossible. Location and date are subject to change. We will make every effort to maintain the original date and location. However, some locations may cancel or city regulations may make a date or location impossible to use. Just make sure that you are good to go before signing up. If for some reason you can’t make it to race day, at least come to the check-in to pick up your Epic Glow Run Gear!

Is it timed?
No, we want our runners, walkers, or dancers to have no pressure of a time. We want you to take your time to take in the most amazing 5k fun run in the world!
Do we donate to a charity or cause?
Yes, we work with local and national charities who receive a portion of the proceeds from every race!
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at any of races.
Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, fee for parking varies and a portion of the proceeds go to a local charity!
What’s the difference between General and Vip?
Your VIP admission will include everything in the general admission plus an Epic Glow Run T-Shirt, Glow Glasses, LED finger beam, and access to the VIP start chute!
What comes with general admission?
Participants will receive a Epic Glow Run Race Bib, Glow Gear, Epic Glow Run bracelet, and entrance to the most electric fun 5k in the world!
Can I get a friends packet?
Yes! They will need to give you a signed copy of the waiver, and a copy of their ID. Also, if the person you are picking up for is a minor, you will need to have the waiver signed by a parent/guardian and have a copy of their parent/guardian’s ID.
When and Where can I get my packet?
Packet pickup is typically held the day before the event from 12-8PM. Specifics of each run’s packet pickup location and time can be found on the event’s page about two weeks before the event
Along the Course and After Party
Are Cameras and phones safe to have throughout the run?
We will have our own photographers throughout the course. However, if you would like to take some candid pics on your phone or camera, please feel free. We recommend that you cover it with plastic wrap!
Does the color or foam mess up my car seats?
Not at all! Just bring some towels to sit on just in case. It’s like riding home from the day at the beach or pool!
Do we have cleaning stations?
No we do not provide cleaning stations but if you just bring a towel to wipe off that would be fine, or you can wear your colors as a badge of Honor!
Do the Fun Sectors affect runner breathing or vision?
All of our Fun sectors’ foam, color, or paint is 100% safe. However, with most substances, it’s always good to keep it out of your eyes. We have seen some runners wear goggles, or masks to cover their eyes and mouth to cover their face during the race.
Are spectators allowed?
Yes, as long as they fill out a waiver and pay our spectator fee (portion of the proceeds go to charity)
Can I transfer my registration to another city?
Yes, as long as your original date has not passed and you give us 72 hours notice!
Epic Glow Run participant’s safety is the most important on our list! If any of the threatening weather conditions listed below are present the day of the event, the event may be delayed or canceled.

Epic Glow Run will be canceled or delayed if any of the following weather conditions exist:

Start of the Race/Cancellation of the event
The start of the race will be delayed if any of the above mentioned weather conditions exist. The event will then be canceled if any of the following weather conditions persist during the scheduled event time.

Authority to Cancel the Event.
The Race director and/or Epic Glow Run, in accordance with the city and the local law enforcement, has the authority to cancel the event. If Threatening weather conditions force cancellation of the event, no refunds will be provided.
